We were there for 6 days, everything was nice, greatly enjoyed its magnificent location close enough to residential Shibuya too and many famous spots. The staff was attentive and a delicious breakfast was provided. The guest room was brand-new, included slippers and toothbrush. Booked it for our trip and had a very good stay here👌

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the train station and being pretty near everything in the bustling Shibuya district. It's so close to Shibuya station that you can easily explore the city and surrounding suburbs. Additionally, the staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and provide excellent service, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

The room at Granbell Hotel felt a bit worn, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. The individual wifi for each room was a bonus, even though we had some trouble with it. The breakfast offered a good quality selection, including local and Western options. The hotel's location near Shibuya station and the abundance of nearby restaurants was convenient. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, very near the JR station in the Shibuya district. It makes it easy to explore Tokyo and the surrounding areas. The staff at this hotel are really friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The rooms may be small, but they are well-designed and have everything you need. The beds are super comfy and the bathroom is functional yet aesthetically pleasing.

The breakfast options are very limited and not up to par. The white toasted bread with strawberry jam served in a small space to many guests by an unfriendly man behind the bar is disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond, helping me find my expensive jacket that I left on the bus. The location was excellent, close to Shibuya crossing and the main railway, making it very easy to get around the city. The facilities were fantastic and the hotel was very clean. Additionally, the included breakfast had a choice of Japanese style or continental, and the Japanese style option was pretty good for the price.
