The super-disposed staff. As soon as you open the room door, you realize it's worth what comes out. It has all the comforts and is only two blocks from the train and Shibuya!

Location Room Rain shower
Breakfast is poor. Privacy while using the bathroom is low. The glasswall bathroom is ok, but the curtain may not be thick enough.
-
Good Breakfast Good Location Good shower
Room to small Heater very hot, Expensive for a Buissnes hotel
-
Breakfast is a little limited in the bar downstairs and the breakfast in the main restaurant is a little strange mix of western and eastern influences (which in fact adds to the japanese experience).
-
Location was great, staff very helpful and room was very clean and well equipped.
-
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Spoke and understood good English which was a plus as neither of us speak Japanese. Close to Shibuya station and shopping. Good facilities. Free WiFi in Lobby.
A little cramped, but this was mostly due to us having 7 pieces of luggage. Would have been good to have free WiFi to tye guest rooms.

Location, modern. Everything works.Breakfast included.
Rooms very small, vegetarian breakfast options poor.
-
Well located a few minutes from Shibuya station. Comfortable and clean room with friendly staff.
-
Great Location to the Station and helpful staff. Breakfast was also very good (Japanese Style)
-
Nice and well kept rooms, very friendly service
The variety of breakfast could be improved, otherwise it was ok.
-
Location, style/design of the hotel and friendly staffs.
It is quite difficult to find for the first time.
-
Centrally located but 1 min away from all the busy noise of Shibuya. Easy access from the airport and metro lines to move around the city.
Very small rooms, the carpet was very dirty and the staff did not speak much english.
-
Facilities and location
Carpet was stained with cigarette butts

The hotel was located near Shibuya station which was convenient for getting a train to the airport and arriving from Tokyo station. It is also located close to many shops and restaurants and I walked to Meiji shrine and gardens.
The room was small but that was fine with me as bed was comfortable and shower/bathroom was clean. The one detraction was the carpets were stained and the hallways a bit dark.
